SEPTEMBER 30, 2009 — Holliston, MA, USADigilab is pleased to announce that Marc Hamel has recently joined Digilab, Inc. as Vice President – Sales. Prior to joining Digilab, Mr. Hamel worked as Vice President of Marketing for Viaflo Corp., a start-up business focused on innovative liquid handling instrumentation and proprietary consumables where he established the Viaflo brand and successfully launched over (60) new products in one year. Marc began his career at Matrix Technologies and over a 17 year span performed a variety of roles, most recently as Vice President Sales and Marketing, directing a world-wide sales organization spread across the US, UK, Europe and the Pacific Rim. Marc is a hands-on team leader who focuses on providing customer centric solutions. He is well versed in the area of liquid handling and general laboratory automation technology. Marc holds a BS – Industrial Technology from the University of Lowell and is a coinventor of two issued patents in the area of liquid handling instruments and consumables.
