eaZYX Image Analyzer


Digilab eaZYX Image Analyzer is a high performance computer with image analysis software. It offers an open data structure and eaZYX-LINK data and image browser. Images captured from the MIAS-2 Imaging System or virtually any other microscope and camera system can be analyzed by the eaZYX Image Analyzer for:

  • Label-free live cell image analysis for cell count, confluence, clonality and colony size
  • Fluorescent image analysis, including multimode - nuclear, cytoplasm, apoptosis, nuclear condensation and receptor clustering
  • Model organisms
    • C Elegans - biomass, development, motion tracking, coiler spotting
    • Zebra fish - embryo development, motion tracking, angiogram (live and post-mortem)
